CONSULTATION

There will be an initial consultation by phone or in person with Flora and Fauna.  During this consultation, we will explore your wedding invitation ideas including design themes, colors and budget.

CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

You will receive a price quote based upon the consultation.  Once the quote is approved, you will submit a 50% deposit along with the signed contract and your wording for your invitation, the design process will begin. We accept personal checks or Paypal.

PRICING

Each custom invitation is unique and the price depends on the intricacy of the design, paper, and quantity. For 100 invitation sets with printed outer envelopes, reply cards, and printed reply envelopes, the price ranges from $800 - $1200. Quotes do not include shipping and handling.

DESIGN

You will receive an initial design concept or concepts in either digital or print form.  You will then provide feedback, suggest changes or approve the initial design.  If additional changes are to be undertaken, you will receive a revised proof.

PROOF

Once all of the revisions have been made, you will receive a final proof and a request for signed approval.  Upon receipt of your approval, the process of printing the invitations begins.

PRINTING

Upon your final approval and the remaining 50% balance, we will order your custom polymer plates as well as paper, envelopes and inks.  All of the printing is done by hand and you will be provided with a schedule of delivery of your invitations.  Any changes to the design after plates or paper are ordered are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be charged accordingly.

TURNAROUND TIME

How quickly the process is completed depends on how quickly you make decisions and how many revisions you make. Please allow yourself no less than one month before you need invites. Ordersship 10-14 business days after the final proof is approved. Rush Orders are available at an additional charge.

ENVELOPES FIRST

Envelopes can be delivered ahead of invitation ensembles to insure you have plenty of time for labeling or calligraphy. 

DELIVERY

Your completed invitations will be carefully packaged and delivered in the most expeditious manner available by a carrier of your choosing.  Hand delivery or pickup available for local clients.
