Consultation

There will be an initial consultation by phone or in person with Flora and Fauna.  During this consultation, we will explore your ideas including design themes, colors and budget.

Contract & Deposit

You will receive a project estimate based upon the consultation. Once the estimate is approved, you will submit a 50% deposit along with the signed contract and your wording for your invitation (we can help you with this), the design process will begin.

Design & Proofs

You will receive an initial design concept or concepts in digital form.  You will then provide feedback, suggest changes or approve the initial design.  Once all of the revisions have been made, you will receive a final digital proof and a request for signed approval.  Upon receipt of your approval, the process of printing the invitations begins.

Turnaround & Printing

Upon your final approval, we will order your custom polymer plates as well as paper, envelopes and inks.  You will be provided with a schedule of delivery for your invitations, our turnaround time is 3 weeks. Special finishing made add additional time to turnaround. Any changes to the design after plates or paper are ordered are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be charged accordingly.

Delivery and Payment

The remaining balance and any shipping charges, will be paid on or before delivery. Your completed invitations will be carefully packaged and, if applicable, shipped in the most expeditious manner available.

About Letterpress

Each of your stationery elements is printed by hand on our antique printing press. Due to the nature of letterpress, some variation of ink coverage does occur between the stationery pieces. Most people enjoy these nuances as part of the charm of letterpress. Please schedule an appointment to see our portfolio or ask for a sample if you have any hesitations.
